Uh, mostly that he was a Shinra soldier, and that he's tied to the planet somehow? His mother is Jenova, and he thinks he should destroy the planet for his birthright.

Yeah, he wants to kill everyone and everything. Jenova's some kind of.... I don't know. But it's complicated. Right now, he basically won. Without Cloud there, the planet's doomed. If I wish to take him out, I need to make sure he can't come back. Him, Jenova, they're like... merged now or something.
