No idea. I was in the woods past the fog before I realized, and then me and the other three wound up in some medieval city.

What happened in the city?

There was a tree, and it had bodies hanging off it. We tried to get them down but... I'm not sure what happened, but I'm pretty sure I died. I don't know if the others did too.

I woke up later, but I was still dead. I was alone at that point, I didn't see the others until I woke up again, and we had to fight the necromancer.

Yeah.

Like I said, she was a necromancer.

She wanted me to kill people for her. Apparently she could get their life... energy? Or something to restore herself.

Good. Then what did happen?

I had to run. I was undead so everyone in the city thought I was a monster, and they were trying to kill me.

I was trying to escape and then... [ furrows his brows ] Everything went dark, and I wound up with the others in some other dimension, where we had to fight the necromancer.

Another dimension. [ dislike ] So that fight is where all the injuries are from?

Yeah.

I was under her control for most of it. But I didn't actually hit them.

[ he's a loser baby who can't fight apparently ]

It's just. A big deal if a sorcerer uses their powers to kill a person. I guess I was scared of crossing that line.

... Because sorcerers are so much stronger than humans?

Yeah. We're supposed to use our abilities to protect the population, so...

Using them to hurt someone who's vulnerable earns you a death sentence.

Makes sense. If they can't defend themselves it's not really a fair fight...

Anyway, we managed to get away from her in the end. I just don't get where it all came from.
