It's a curse. [ so gale doesn't panic, ] But it doesn't have any powers. It's just an ugly pet right now, I guess.

[ hearing 'curse' doesn't seem to induce panic but he is slightly disgrunted if only because that thing attacked his delicate wizard ankles. ]

I see. Is it in need of assitance? It doesn't seem ... well.

It's an embodiment of a certain type of suffering. I don't think it can be any other way.
