Well, I guess I'd get rid of cursed energy, which is what creates curses—or cursed spirits.
Cursed energy is the negative energy humans create. Things like fear, jealousy, that kind of thing. Cursed spirits are born from that energy, and then kill humans.
Not out of the realm of possibility in our world either - strong negative emotions can certainly cause all sorts of problems, especially when magically inclined. Curses and afflictions of all kinds can be sourced to a particularly powerful arcane user summoning something like through misguided emotion.
But I imagine this is a problem that plagues quite a few people where you are from then, if it is something you wish to get rid of?
