I like Aerith and Cloud, too, but they have each other. We needed her.

I wish she wouldn't go.

I want her to be happy. Do you think she'll be happier with them than with us?

[turbulency]

No. [ He purses his lips. ] I think Yuffie knows what it's like to lose people and she wanted to stay with us.

Oh. But she didn't stay with us.

I had a dream last night.

[turbulency]

Maybe. It's my power. With my partner. I dreamed about the laboratory.

I saw sparks, screeches, and shatters. There was a burst of light and then suddenly, dim. Everything that followed after was only sounds. A hollow metal clang, thud, squelch, thud.

[turbulency]

Why did you take that to mean that she left?
